Because of the hand-made nature of many of our products (particularly our bags), all purchases of bags (including panniers) are final and not eligible for refund.

We do want you to be happy, so if something is drastically wrong with your purchase, please contact us to discuss.

Our helmet covers can be returned for an exchange (or refund if faulty), however we are not responsible for the postage or freight charges resulting from return of your purchase other than if faulty.
